Core building blocks

Reloops builds on four main concepts:
  • Workspaces - A workspace is your top-level container. It holds all the projects, team members, and settings for a client, brand, or team. Every project and asset lives inside a workspace.
  • Projects - A project groups the files and review progress for a body of work. Use projects to separate campaigns, deliverables, or client engagements.
  • Assets - An asset is any individual file - a video, image, PDF, website capture, or other media - that you upload for review. Assets hold all comments, versions, and status history.
  • Collections - A collection is a curated selection of assets presented as a visual gallery. Collections let you showcase or deliver a set of files without moving the source assets.
