Core Building Blocks
To get the most out of Reloops, it helps to understand the five fundamental pillars that organize your workflow:- Workspaces: The top-level container for your account. A workspace holds all the specific projects, team members, and permissions configurations for a distinct client, brand, or internal department.
- Projects: Focused folders used to group the files and tracking progress for a specific body of work. Use projects to separate distinct campaigns, design deliverables, or individual client engagements.
- Assets: Any individual media file uploaded to the platform for review - including video assets, high-res images, PDF documents, or interactive web page captures. Assets store the complete comment history, version timeline, and current approval status.
- Collections: A curated selection of assets presented as a highly styled, client-facing visual gallery. Collections allow you to showcase or deliver a specific set of files professionally without moving or altering the original source assets.
- Agents: System integrations that allow AI agents and developer keys to run automated processes smoothly inside the exact same asset workspace, comment thread, version history, and approval ecosystem used by your human team.Navigate the docs
