AI features & credits

Yes. Your lifetime deal includes access to AI Search and AI Tagging / Smart Metadata so every asset you upload is automatically described, tagged, and made searchable in natural language across your workspace.
AI-powered actions (auto-tagging on upload, Smart Metadata regeneration, and semantic search queries) consume AI credits from your workspace balance. Your tier comes with a fixed monthly allowance of AI credits - the exact number is listed on the deal page on RocketHub.
AI credits are limited per month and expire at the end of each billing cycle - they do not roll over. Each month your workspace is topped back up to your tier’s allowance. If you run out before the month resets, uploads still succeed but new assets won’t be auto-tagged and AI Search queries will be paused until the next refill.
You can top up additional AI credits at any time from Workspace settings -> Billing & limits. Top-up credits are consumed only after your monthly allowance is used up.
Yes. OCR runs on uploaded images and PDFs, so any text inside the file becomes searchable - find that one screenshot with the right headline in seconds.
Yes. Run any AI or filter search and save it as a smart collection that updates dynamically as new matching assets are uploaded - or as a static collection that locks in the current results. See Collections.

Roadmap & honest gaps

Not yet. Direct Adobe plugins (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom) are on the roadmap. For now you can upload exports from any of these tools and review them in Reloops.
EDL and Premiere XML comment export are in active testing and will roll out to lifetime deal users as part of free updates.
Not yet. Slack notifications and Google Drive / Dropbox import are on the roadmap. You can still upload from any cloud drive manually today.
Timestamp accuracy is at the second level today. True frame-accurate commenting (per-frame precision) is on the roadmap.
Not in the current release. Reloops handles storage for you on encrypted cloud infrastructure included with your plan.
