    No. You can not stack multiple codes to increase your workspace limits (team members, storage, active projects, share links, etc.). The exact limits per stacked code are listed on the deal page on RocketHub.

    Reloops comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee through RocketHub. If it's not the right fit for your workflow, request a refund within 60 days of purchase - no questions asked.

    AI-powered actions (auto-tagging on upload, Smart Metadata regeneration, and semantic search queries) consume **AI credits** from your workspace balance. Your tier comes with a fixed monthly allowance of AI credits - the exact number is listed on the deal page on RocketHub.

  <Accordion title="Do AI credits roll over or expire?">
    AI credits are **limited per month and expire at the end of each billing cycle** - they do not roll over. Each month your workspace is topped back up to your tier's allowance. If you run out before the month resets, uploads still succeed but new assets won't be auto-tagged and AI Search queries will be paused until the next refill.

    You can top up additional AI credits at any time from **Workspace settings -> Billing & limits**. Top-up credits are consumed only after your monthly allowance is used up.

    Yes. OCR runs on uploaded images and PDFs, so any text inside the file becomes searchable - find that one screenshot with the right headline in seconds.

## Roadmap & honest gaps

    Not yet. Direct Adobe plugins (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom) are on the roadmap. For now you can upload exports from any of these tools and review them in Reloops.

  <Accordion title="Can I export comments as EDL or Premiere XML for Resolve / Premiere Pro?">
    EDL and Premiere XML comment export are **in active testing** and will roll out to lifetime deal users as part of free updates.

  <Accordion title="Does Reloops integrate with Slack, Google Drive, or Dropbox?">
    Not yet. Slack notifications and Google Drive / Dropbox import are on the roadmap. You can still upload from any cloud drive manually today.

    Timestamp accuracy is at the second level today. True frame-accurate commenting (per-frame precision) is on the roadmap.
